4. Intellectual Property Rights

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of DM360 and its licensors. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

4.2 Client Data

You retain ownership of all data provided to DM360. We will not use your data for any purpose other than providing agreed-upon services, except as required by law.

4.3 Assessment Results

Assessment results and reports generated for your organization remain your property. DM360 may use anonymized, aggregated data for industry benchmarking purposes.

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Service Fees

Payment terms for services will be specified in individual service agreements. Generally:

• Assessment reports: As indicated on the website
• Consulting services: As per statement of work
• Training programs: As per program agreement
• Ongoing support: As per support agreement

5.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through our payment partners. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing.

6. Confidentiality

7. Service Level Agreements

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall DM360, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.

9. Disclaimers
